នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១៣:០៥នាទី ក្រុមសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពព្រំដែននៅភូមិសាស្រ្តតំបន់អានសេះ ក្នុងភូមិអានសេះ ឃុំជាំក្សាន្ត ស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមាន និងចុះពិនិត្យមើលទីតាំងស៊ីវិល និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធស៊ីវិល ក្នុងនោះរួមមាន លំនៅដ្ឋានរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលត្រូវរងការខូចខាតយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដោយសារការវាយប្រហាររបស់យោធាថៃ កាលពីខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ព្រមទាំងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើសារៈសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបានក្នុងការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងអាណត្តិរបស់ AOT ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Thursday afternoon, 26 February 26 2026, at 13.05 pm the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to observe, verify, and report on the updated border situation in the An Ses located in An Ses Village, Choam Ksan Commune, Choam Ksan District, Preah Vihear province, after the ceasefire came into effect, and inspecting civilian sites and infrastructure, such as houses which sustained severe damage during the Thai military attack in December 2025.
At the same time, Cambodia has consistently provided its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) and has emphasized the indispensable importance of strengthening the role and mandate of the AOT in order to verify and ensure the full and effective implementation of the ceasefire, to promote transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.
Since the ceasefire took effect, the Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm and clear commitment to fully, strictly, and responsibly respect and implement the Joint Statement of the 3rd Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) dated December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand dated October 26, 2025, as well as other relevant agreements, in order to move toward rapid improvement and a return to normalcy, peace, stability, and long-term security along the border.
The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
