ថ្ងៃនេះ អ្នកនាំពាក្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលសូមជម្រាបជូនជនរួមជាតិជ្រាបនូវព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ពីរដែលបានកើតឡើងកាលពីយប់មិញ និងនៅព្រឹកនេះ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសកម្មភាពការងារនិងសាររបស់សម្តេចបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៖
ព័ត៌មានទី១៖
សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់អញ្ជើញទៅចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំដំបូងនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិភាពដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានសន្តិភាពសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ដូណាល់ ជេ ត្រាំ ក្នុងរដ្ឋធានីវ៉ាស៊ីនតោន សហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គឺជាការចាប់ផ្តើមជាផ្លូវការនៃអាណត្តិការងាររបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិភាព ស្របតាមសេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ដែលត្រូវបានអនុម័តកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងគោលដៅជំរុញសន្តិភាព និងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងឆ្ពោះទៅរកការកសាងឡើងវិញ នៅតំបន់ហ្គាហ្សា។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ មេដឹកនាំដែលអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏រំពឹងថា នឹងពិភាក្សាគ្នាយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយអំពីសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក។
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលស្នាក់នៅរដ្ឋធានីវ៉ាស៊ីនតោន សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នឹងជួបទ្វេភាគីជាមួយឥស្សរជនសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងមេដឹកនាំនៃប្រទេសមួយចំនួនទៀត ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់គ្នាលើការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងទ្វេភាគីនិងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យនានា។ សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏មានគម្រោងធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចការងារទៅកាន់ទ្វីបអឺរ៉ុប រួមទាំងទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ និងទីក្រុងព្រុចសែល ដោយគ្រោងនឹងមានជំនួបជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីបង្កើនភាពជាដៃគូ និងកិច្ចសហការបន្ថែមទៀត។
ព័ត៌មានទី២ ដែលខ្ញុំសូមចែករម្លែកជូនបងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិជ្រាបដែរគឺ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាក៏បានចេញសារតាមបណ្តាញសង្គមហ្វេសប៊ុកផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់សម្តេចមួយកាលពីយប់មិញពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងបទល្មើសឆ្លងដែនជាពិសេសបទល្មើសតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។
សាររបស់សម្តេចធិបតីមានខ្លឹមសារដូចតទៅ៖
ខ្ញុំសូមស្វាគមន៍ចំពោះសាររបស់ឯកឧត្តម Lee Jae Myung ប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពរវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាលទាំងពីរ ក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់បទល្មើសឆ្លងដែន ជាពិសេសបទល្មើសឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។
រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាសូមបញ្ជាក់សាជាថ្មីពីការប្តេជ្ញាយ៉ាងមុតមាំក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំង និងបង្រ្កាបឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែនគ្រប់ទម្រង់ រួមទាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ការជួញដូរមនុស្ស និងបទល្មើសតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាផ្សេងទៀត ដែលគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិសុខសង្គម ក៏ដូចជាសុវត្ថិភាពរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។
ឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែន រួមទាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា មិនមែនជាបញ្ហាដែលប្រទេសណាមួយប្រឈមមុខ និងអាចដោះស្រាយតែម្នាក់ឯងនោះទេ។ ដូច្នេះដើម្បីដោះស្រាយការគំរាមកំហែងនេះតម្រូវឱ្យមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អក្នុងតំបន់ ជាក់ស្តែងដូចជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធនិងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរួមរវាងកម្ពុជានិងសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ។

Press Briefing by H.E. Pen Bona, Royal Government Spokesperson: Update on the Development of the Situation between Cambodia and Thailand, 15 February 2026
Samdech, Royal Highness, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen, Good Morning!
Today, the Spokesperson for the Royal Government of Cambodia would like to share with you 2 important events as follow:
First:
Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high-level delegation to attend the Inaugural Meeting of the Board of Peace, to be held on 19 February 2026 at the Donald J. Trump U.S. Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C., United States.
The meeting will mark the formal commencement of the Board’s mandate, in accordance with the Resolution of the United Nations Security Council adopted on 17 November 2025, which aims to promote peace and advance efforts towards the reconstruction in Gaza. In addition, the participating leaders are expected to engage in broad discussions on regional and global peace, stability and development.
During his stay in Washington, D.C., the Prime Minister will hold bilateral meetings with some U.S. dignitaries and leaders of other countries to exchange views on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across various sectors. He also plans to undertake a working visit to Europe, including Geneva and Brussels, where he will meet with prominent leaders and key stakeholders to further enhance partnerships and collaboration.
Second:
Allow me to read the message of Samdech Tepadei Hun Manet Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, posted last night on his Facebook account as follow:
I warmly welcome the message of President Lee Jae Myung of the Republic of Korea highlighting the close and effective cooperation between our two governments in combating transnational crimes, particularly online scams.
The Royal Government reaffirms its unwavering commitment to fighting, suppressing, and eradicating all forms of transnational crime, including online scams, and other cyber-enabled offenses that poses threat to security of society and safety of people.
Transnational crimes, including online scams, are complex and borderless challenges that no single country can effectively address alone. Addressing these threats requires enhanced regional and international cooperation, as clearly demonstrated by the close cooperation and joint efforts between Cambodia and the Republic of Korea.
I also commend the Cambodia–Korea Joint Task Force for its significant achievements in preventing, suppressing, and combating online scams. We express our strong confidence that the Joint Task Force will continue to deliver concrete and impactful results toward the complete eradication of these crimes and other forms of transnational crimes.
