យោងតាមសេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានរបស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាបានឲ្យដឹងថា នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ០៩:៣៥នាទីព្រឹក ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (ASEAN Observer Team–Cambodia: AOT-KH) ដឹកនាំដោយ ប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT KH HOM) ពីសាធារណរដ្ឋហ្វីលីពីនចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់និងរាយការណ៍អំពីស្ថានភាពតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅច្រកទ្វារព្រំដែនអន្តរជាតិចាំយាមស្ថិតក្នុងភូមិចាំយាម ឃុំប៉ាក់ខ្លង ស្រុកមណ្ឌលសីមា ខេត្តកោះកុង ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានក្នុងការធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់រវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព ការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នានិងឆ្ពោះទៅការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងវិញឆាប់រហ័ស។

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនិងក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជានៅតែបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ស្មោះត្រង់ សុចរិតក្នុងការគោរព និងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងពេញលេញ និងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួនបំផុតនូវសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត។

កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ព្រមទាំងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើសារៈសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបានក្នុងការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងអាណត្តិរបស់ AOT ក្នុងការចុះពិនិត្យផ្ទាល់នៅទីតាំងជាក់ស្តែងដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ឱ្យបានពេញលេញនិងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាពនិងគណនេយ្យភាព។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:

On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 09:35 a.m., the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) coordinated a field visit for the ASEAN Observer Team in Cambodia (AOT-KH), led by the Head of Mission (AOT KH HOM) from the Philippines in conducting an observation, verification, and reporting at Cham Yeam International Border Check Point located in Cham Yeam Village, Pak Khlang Commune, Mondol Seima District, Koh Kong Province following the entry into force of the ceasefire, to ensure its implementation between Cambodia and Thailand, promote transparency and mutual trust, and move toward rapid normalization.

The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements.

Cambodia consistently provides full support and strengthens the role of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in ensuring the implementation of the ceasefire between Cambodia and Thailand, in order to promote transparency and build mutual trust.

The public, as well as national and international journalists, are hereby informed of the facts regarding this matter.
