នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី២៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង១០:០០នាទី ក្រុមសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងរាយការណ៍ អំពីស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅលើទីតាំងផ្ទាល់ ក្រោយបទឈប់បាញ់ចូលជាធរមានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅតំបន់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ស្ថិតក្នុងស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ។
ចាប់តាំងពីពេលចូលជាធរមាននៃបទឈប់បាញ់រួចមក កម្ពុជាតែងតែគោរព និងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួននូវបទឈប់បាញ់, សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, និងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធដ៏ទៃទៀតដែលមានស្រាប់ សំដៅស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយមួយ ដែលយុត្តិធម៌ ត្រឹមត្រូវ យូរអង្វែង និងស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ហើយកម្ពុជាក៏រំពឹងផងដែរថា ភាគីថៃនឹងគោរពកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទាំងអស់ខាងលើដោយសុឆន្ទៈនិងភាពស្មោះត្រង់ដូចកម្ពុជាដែរ។

H.E. Lieutenant General Maly Socheata, Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On the morning of Thursday, 26 February 2026, at 10:00am, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to observe, verify, and report on the updated situation on the ground since the Ceasefire came into effect on December 27, 2025, in the area of Preah Vihear Temple in Choam Ksan District, Preah Vihear Province.
Since the ceasefire came into effect, Cambodia has consistently respected and implemented its terms, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand (October 26, 2025), and the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand General Border Committee (December 27, 2025). Cambodia remains committed to all relevant agreements, areach a just, fair, and lasting solution in accordance with international law. Cambodia expects the Thai side to uphold these agreements with the same good faith and sincerity.
