សម្តេចធិបតី ជួបពិភាក្សាតាម​ទូរស័ព្ទ​ជាមួយ​ឯកឧត្តម​នាយក​រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជា​ប្រធាន​ប្តូរវេន​អាស៊ាន​ឆ្នាំ​២០២៥ និងបញ្ជាក់ពីគោលជំហររបស់កម្ពុជា

ល្ងាចនេះ ខ្ញុំបានពិភាក្សាតាមទូរស័ព្ទជាមួយឯកឧត្តម Anwar Ibrahim នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានប្តូរវេនអាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ខ្ញុំសូមចូលរួមអបអរសាទរចំពោះឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី ចំពោះការរៀបចំធ្វើជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំអាស៊ានកំពូលលើកទី៤៦ ប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ និងអរគុណឯកឧត្តមចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ លើស្ថានការណ៍ដែលកំពុងកើតមានពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។

ខ្ញុំបានបញ្ជាក់ជូនឯកឧត្តម Anwar អំពីគោជំហររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាពាក់ព័ន្ធព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ÷

១. កម្ពុជាប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវគោលជំហរក្សាសន្តិភាព មិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អជាមួយថៃ

២. ការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាដើម្បីយកបញ្ហាប្រាសាទតាមាន់ធំ ប្រាសាទតាមាន់តូច ប្រាសាទតាក្របី និងតំបន់មុំបី ទៅតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) គឺដើម្បីស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែននៅតំបន់ទាំងនោះដោយសន្តិវិធីឱ្យបានឆាប់ចប់ជាស្ថាពរ ជាជាងបន្សល់ទុកបញ្ហាឱ្យនៅបន្តស្រពិចស្រពិលរយៈពេលវែង ដែលអាចបង្កឱ្យកើតមានជាជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធសាជាថ្មី

៣. បន្តសហការជាមួយភាគីថៃដើម្បីជំរុញការវាស់វែង ខ័ណ្ឌសីមា និងបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរដែលនៅសេសសល់ (ក្រៅពីតំបន់ទាំង៤ខាងលើ) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការគណៈកម្មការព្រំដែនចម្រុះ(JBC) កម្ពុជា-ថៃ

៤. បន្តរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ តាមរយៈគ្រប់យន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់ ដើម្បីជាឧត្តមប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។

Earlier this evening, I had a telephone conversation with H.E. Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia. I congratulated H.E. Prime Minister for the successful hosting of the 46th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, and thanked him for his kind attention to the ongoing situation related to the Cambodia-Thailand border.

I informed H.E. Anwar of the Royal Government of Cambodia’s position related to the Cambodia-Thailand border as follows:

1. Cambodia adheres to the principle of maintaining peace, friendship, and good cooperation with Thailand.

2. Cambodia’s decision to refer Ta Moan Thom Temple, Ta Moan Tauch Temple, Ta Krabei Temple, and Mom Bei areas to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) is to seek an early, peaceful and permanent solution to the border issue in these areas rather than to prolong the uncertainty which can lead to renewed armed conflicts.

3. Cambodia continues to cooperate with Thailand to expedite the demarcation and delimitation of the border (except the four areas mentioned above) through the Cambodia-Thailand Joint Commission on Demarcation for Land Boundary (JBC).

4. Cambodia continues to maintain relations between the two countries through all existing mechanisms for the mutual benefit of the two peoples.
