(AKP) នាថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ម៉ោង១៦:០០នាទីរសៀល នៅអាកាសយានដ្ឋានអន្តរជាតិសៀមរាបអង្គរ ខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសូមស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅបំផុតចំពោះប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី ដែលបានចាត់បញ្ជូននាយទាហានបន្តវេនចំនួនពីរ (២) រូប (វរសេនីយ៍ត្រី WONG ZHENG, ERNEST និងព្រិន្ទបាលឯក SHASI KUMAR) ចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន ក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានអាស៊ាន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងធានាការអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពលើវិធានការទាំងអស់ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួម។

កម្ពុជាតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងដល់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ព្រមទាំងសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើសារៈសំខាន់មិនអាចខ្វះបានក្នុងការពង្រឹងតួនាទី និងអាណត្តិរបស់ AOT ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ ក៏ដូចជាវិធានការនានា ដែលបានឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក និងតែងតែស្វាគមន៍ដល់បណ្តាប្រទេសជាមិត្តដែលមានបំណងក្នុងការចូលរួមជួយលើកិច្ចការនេះបន្ថែមទៀត។

រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងការពារជាតិកម្ពុជា សូមបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ស្មោះត្រង់ ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ក្នុងការគោរព និងអនុវត្តយ៉ាងពេញលេញ និងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួនបំផុតនូវសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី៣ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC) ថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥, សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីឆ្ពោះទៅការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងវិញឆាប់រហ័ស និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាព សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព យូរអង្វែង។

At 4:00 PM on March 27, 2026, at Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, the Cambodian Coordination Group (CLG) of the Kingdom of Cambodia warmly welcomed two officers from Singapore Major Wong Zheng Ernest and Warrant officer Shasi Kumar. These officers have arrived to join the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) in Cambodia, led by the Philippines in its capacity as the ASEAN Chair. Their mission is to observe, verify, and ensure the effective implementation of all measures outlined in the Joint Statement.

Cambodia has always continues to provide its full support to the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), emphasizing the essential need to strengthen the AOT’s role and mandate. This ensures the ceasefire and agreed measures between Cambodia and Thailand are implemented fully and effectively. By welcoming friendly nations to assist in this task, Cambodia aims to promote transparency, accountability, and mutual trust.

The Royal Government and the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia reaffirm our firm, sincere, and unwavering commitment to fully and faithfully respect and implement the Joint Statement of the Third Special Meeting of the Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) on December 27, 2025, the Joint Declaration on the Peace Agreement between Cambodia and Thailand on October 26, 2025, and all other relevant agreements. This commitment is made with the aim of ensuring rapid recovery and restoring normalcy, and long-lasting peace and stability.
