នៅថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាពេលខាងមុខនេះ កម្ពុជា និងថៃនឹងអនុវត្តការកែសម្រួលអាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់ជំហានទី២ នៃដំណាក់កាលទី១ ស្របតាមផែនការសកម្មភាពដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ពៅ ហេង មេបញ្ជាការយោធភូមិភាគទី៤ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង ឯកឧត្តម ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ វីរ៉ាក់យុទ្ធ រ៉ាក់ស៉ីង មេបញ្ជាការកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រថៃ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

ភាគីទាំងពីរបានអនុវត្តការកែសម្រួលអាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់ជំហានទី១ នៃដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដោយជោគជ័យនៅក្រោមការសង្កេត និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់របស់ក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ កម្ពុជានឹងបន្តធ្វើការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយភាគីថៃដើម្បីធានាថា ផែនការសកម្មភាពនេះនឹងត្រូវបានអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញ ត្រឹមត្រូវ មានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព។

សូមរំឭកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ យោធភូមិភាគទី៤ កម្ពុជា និងកងទ័ពភូមិភាគទី២ ថៃ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេស នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនថ្នាក់យោធភូមិភាគ កម្ពុជា-ថៃ (RBC) និងឯកភាពគ្នាលើផែនការជាក់លាក់ ក្នុងការសម្រួលយុទ្ធោបករណ៍ និងអាវុធធុនធ្ងន់របស់ភាគីទាំងសងខាងតាមដំណាក់កាល នៅក្រោមការសង្កេត និងការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់របស់ AOT សំដៅរួមគ្នាកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងផ្នែកយោធា។ ការកែសម្រួលអាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់សម្រាប់ដំណាក់កាលទី១នេះ ត្រូវធ្វើឡើងចំនួន ០៣ (បី) លើក គឺចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ រហូតដល់ថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

Press Release by Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence | First Phase of Heavy and Destructive Weapons and Equipment Removal to Be Conducted in Three Stages from November 1–21, 2025

On the upcoming November 8, 2025, Cambodia and Thailand will implement the 2nd stage of the 1st phase of the removal of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment, according to the action plan signed by Lieutenant General Pov Heng, the commander of the Military Region 4 of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Major General Virakyuth Raksing, the Commander of the 2nd Army Area of the Kingdom of Thailand, on October 31, 2025.

Both parties had successfully carried out the 1st stage of the removal of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment in phase 1, under the observation and verification of the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) on November 1, 2025. Cambodia will continue to work closely with Thailand to ensure that this action plan is fully and effectively implemented with accuracy and transparency.

It is important to recall that on October 31, 2025, the 4th Military Region of Cambodia and the 2nd Army Area of Thailand held a special meeting of the Cambodia-Thailand Regional Border Committee (RBC). In this meeting, both parties agreed upon a concrete plan for the phased removal of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment under the observation and verification of the AOT, with the joint objective of de-escalating military tension. The 1st phase of the removal of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment is to be carried out in 3 stages, starting from November 1 to November 21, 2025.
